What you’ll do
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in alignment with AS9100, ISO 9001, and IPC standards.
- Conduct thorough quality audits to ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001 guidelines.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to establish effective quality control measures and inspection protocols.
- Analyze data from quality inspections to identify trends and areas for improvement, driving proactive solutions.
- Lead project management initiatives aimed at enhancing quality systems and processes across the organization.
- Provide training and support to team members on quality assurance practices and methodologies.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, audit findings, and corrective actions for stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of quality awareness throughout the organization by promoting best practices.
Basic qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven experience in quality engineering or related field within a manufacturing environment.
Preferred qualifications
- Familiarity withAS9100, ISO 9001, and IPC standards.
- Experience conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions based on findings.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
