We believe great products are built in close collaboration, which is why this role is based in our NDG office, with flexibility for up to two remote days per week and a strong preference for in-person work.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for an
artist.

An artist in software — someone with exceptional taste, strong aesthetic judgment, and obsessive attention to detail, who can take a vision and turn it into a product experience that feels beautiful, intuitive, and complete.

This person will own the
look, feel, clarity, and customer experience
of the product.

We are not primarily looking for a traditional developer. Technical skills matter, but they are secondary. What matters most is the ability to shape outstanding product experience and use modern AI-native tools to move quickly from concept to execution.

We want to see this person’s prior work. Ideally, that work is in UI/UX or digital product design, but not necessarily. What matters is clear evidence of taste, refinement, and the ability to create polished, elegant, and usable experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own Pricepoint experience
• Shape the look, feel, and customer experience of the product
• Turn high-level ideas into clear, elegant, and intuitive interfaces
• Improve concepts through strong product design, interaction design, and UX thinking
• Shape how users understand, trust, and interact with our AI-driven product
• Work as part of our AI-first product development team to bring user-facing features from concept to production
• Use AI-native tools and modern workflows to accelerate design, iteration, and execution
• Ensure features are complete, usable, and ready for real customer use
• Raise the bar on clarity, consistency, usability, and visual quality across the platform

What Would Be Your Advantage

• Use AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar AI development tools to understand the agentic framework we are building and help shape the UI/UX layer around skills, workflows, and interactions
• Experience owning the visual identity and product experience of a product or brand
• Experience in growth-stage startups or small, high-ownership teams
• Experience working directly with founders or product leadership
• Strong UI/UX sensitivity without formal design background
• Side projects or products you built independently

How Do We Work?

We are building an AI-first product team, where speed, iteration, and ownership matter. We prioritize real product usage over theoretical design, and we expect people to take responsibility and make decisions.

Strong preference for hybrid collaboration.
Team members have high autonomy, and ideas are always considered.

Profil recherché

• Goût exceptionnel et sens esthétique fort
• Attention extrême aux détails
• Excellent jugement produit et UX
• Capacité à transformer une vision en produit réel
• Sens de l’ownership et exigence élevée
• Bonne collaboration avec produit et engineering
• Compréhension technique suffisante pour évoluer dans un environnement moderne

Un plus

• Expérience avec outils AI (Claude Code, Codex…) et compréhension des systèmes agentiques
• Expérience de ownership d’un produit ou d’une identité visuelle
• Expérience en startup ou environnement rapide
• Projets personnels / produits construits
