Role Summary

Experienced Developer/Programmer Analyst to work within an Architecture team supporting the development of a Complaint Case Management System. Responsibilities include technical analysis, coding, testing, documentation, and sprint collaboration across multiple environments.

Required Skills

• 8 years developing complex web applications using modern .NET with MVC and APIs
• 8 years of advanced SQL skills including data modeling and JSON manipulation
• 8 years of testing and coding skills — unit testing, manual dev testing, and automated regression testing
• 8 years of advanced JavaScript development
• 5 years of React JS development
• 3 years creating and deploying containerized applications using Docker
• 1 year of experience with GitHub Copilot or similar AI coding assistants
• 1 year of Git concepts and commands

Preferred Skills

• 2 years experience with Power Automate or similar automation tools
• 2 years experience with HashiCorp Nomad, Consul, and Vault
• 2 years experience with Bitbucket and Jira
• 1 year consuming AI services programmatically

Key Responsibilities

• Review user requirements and create technical design documents
• Write clean, maintainable code adhering to industry standards and best practices
• Create test data, test cases, and test scripts to verify requirements
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation including design docs, process flows, data models, and test plans
• Collaborate with project team on sprint/release work — effort estimates, architecture discussions, defect triage, and status updates
