Role summary

Prime Video is seeking a Product Manager for Global Marketing AI, Automation & Tooling to lead the development of AI and automation-based marketing tools. This role will drive product strategy and delivery for AI automation initiatives, acting as the liaison between marketing stakeholders, operations, and engineering teams. The Product Manager will translate marketing needs into technical requirements, manage a portfolio of automation solutions, and engage with senior leaders to align priorities. Key responsibilities include defining requirements, coordinating testing, developing go-to-market strategies, analyzing metrics to drive improvements, and ensuring solutions meet operational needs. The role requires understanding of AI and automation technologies applied to marketing operations at scale.

Description
The Product Manager for Global Marketing AI, Automation & Tooling will be at the forefront of developing AI and Automation based marketing tools for one of the world’s largest streaming services, currently providing world-class entertainment for millions of users around the world. In this role, they will drive product strategy and delivery for AI automation initiatives within Prime Video Marketing's global operations. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Product Management, this role serves as the primary liaison between marketing stakeholders, GSS operations, and PV Tech engineering teams. This position requires navigating ambiguity in emerging AI technology while delivering measurable business impact across the marketing assets supply chain.
Key job responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
Owns end-to-end product delivery for AI and automation solutions transforming marketing operations. Defines business requirements, coordinates testing, develops Go-to-Market strategies, and validates solutions meet operational requirements. Translates complex marketing workflows into technical requirements, influencing engineering teams and identifying gaps across regions, processes, and organizations.
Product Strategy and Execution
Manages a portfolio within the global marketing automation ecosystem. Supports requirements gathering and validation for assigned workstreams, working independently where strategy is undefined. Identifies risks and opportunities, recognizing when products are susceptible to prior failure patterns. Establishes processes for requirement intake, stakeholder communication, testing coordination, and adoption enablement. Understands AI and automation technologies applied to marketing operations at scale, including emerging AI architectures.
Stakeholder Engagement
Engages with senior leaders across PV Marketing teams (Studios, International, Sports) and PV Tech engineering to align business priorities with technology roadmaps. Builds consensus across discordant views. Manages escalations as the primary resolution point for business-side blockers.
Business Impact
Tracks requirement fulfillment, adoption rates, and stakeholder satisfaction. Reviews performance with partner teams and senior leaders, using data to drive decisions and demonstrate value. Coordinates training and change management across the organization.
Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience analyzing metrics to drive business improvements
  • Experience reviewing appropriate quality plans, test strategies and interacting with QA for testing activities
  • Understanding of AI and automation technologies applied to operational workflows

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with end to end product delivery
  • MBA
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
