Prime Video is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and roadmap for monetization initiatives, focusing on TVOD and Channels. The Prime Video Marketplace businesses (TVOD and Channels) are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager with a blend of quant skills, science, product and marketing skills to identify, drive and launch new initiatives that deliver value for our customers and studio partners. The successful candidate is detail, team, and goal-oriented. They are comfortable with numbers, have the ability to influence, and consistently deliver results.

  • Lead the product roadmap and strategy for monetization initiatives on Prime Video
  • Work closely with senior management, PMTs and engineers across cross-functional teams to map product requirements, create prioritization, develop pilot plans and deliver tech solutions
  • Create buy-in for product vision both internally and with partner teams, and evangelize that vision within the organization
  • Develop detailed business requirements that can be used to create product specifications and design
  • Manage delivery of current products concurrently with future product planning

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience managing technical products or online services
  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
  • Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
