Role Description
DeltaCore Strategies is seeking a highly motivated Director of Revenue Operations to lead and optimize revenue-related operational functions across the organization. This fully remote leadership role will oversee revenue operations strategy, improve operational efficiency, and support scalable business growth initiatives across sales, client relations, and executive leadership teams.
The Director of Revenue Operations will be responsible for analyzing revenue performance metrics, optimizing sales and operational processes, improving forecasting accuracy, and aligning cross-functional teams to maximize organizational performance. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, operational leadership, and experience managing complex workflows in fast-paced business environments.
The ideal candidate is strategic, detail-oriented, and capable of building scalable operational frameworks that support sustainable growth within the cryptocurrency investment strategy industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize revenue operations processes to improve organizational efficiency and business performance
- Develop and manage revenue forecasting models, reporting systems, and operational performance metrics
- Collaborate with leadership teams to support strategic planning and revenue growth initiatives
- Streamline operational workflows across sales, business development, and client support functions
- Analyze operational and revenue data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Improve CRM systems, reporting structures, and revenue operations infrastructure
- Support executive leadership with data-driven insights and operational recommendations
- Establish scalable processes that enhance productivity and cross-functional collaboration
- Monitor KPIs and operational benchmarks to ensure alignment with company objectives
- Assist in developing operational strategies that support long-term organizational growth
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Sales Operations, or related leadership roles
- Proven expertise in operational analysis, forecasting, reporting, and process optimization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach
- Experience managing CRM platforms, revenue systems, and operational reporting tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work effectively within fast-paced and evolving business environments
- Understanding of digital assets, cryptocurrency markets, fintech, or financial services is strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field required
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Experience working within cryptocurrency, fintech, investment strategy, or alternative asset-related organizations is highly preferred
