Product managers at Profound are true product owners, responsible for the end to end success of their product: discovery, execution, and delivery. This is an opportunity to build products at the frontier of marketing and to make impact that bends the trajectory of the company.
Profound is building the platform for the marketer of the future. We are hiring for a number of product areas, including analytics products that marketing teams use to understand their brand's performance on answer engines, agent platforms where marketers build and orchestrate agents to execute on marketing strategies and automate operations, and vertical solutions built to serve new use cases or strategic customer segments.

Your core scope includes Answer Engine Insights (AEI), Agent Analytics (AA), and Prompt Volumes (PV), the products that give Profound customers visibility into their AI presence. You will define how customers measure brand performance, track share of voice, and monitor content health, with the aspiration of making Profound the definitive home for brand analytics in the age of AI.
What You'll Do
- Craft the strategy for Answer Engine Insights, Agent Analytics, and Prompt Volumes that accelerates Profound into becoming the essential analytics platform for marketing teams
- Define how customers measure and improve their brand's performance across AI answer engines, from prompt monitoring to content health to competitive benchmarking
- Expedite execution across engineering, design, data, and marketing by creating clarity, making decisions, and managing scope
- Optimize the team for velocity and quality shots on goal
- Be in front of customers every day to do discovery, get feedback, and sell
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Engagement teams so that we tell compelling stories to prospects and customers
Who You Are

- Ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity, create clarity, and push teams to ship product and drive impact
- Strong product fundamentals with a spike in one or more of data, design, development, or enterprise go-to-market
- Willing to roll up your sleeves to help the team execute, whether that means writing SQL, building dashboards, fixing data quality issues, creating content, or responding to support tickets
- You play on offense, creating and running toward opportunities and injecting energy into places where there is none
- Experience as a founder, working at an early-stage startup, or launching zero-to-one data or analytics products is a plus
