As a
marketing data analyst senior
on the Customer Relationship Management Customer Experience team, you’ll support direct mail, email, inbound and outbound call, and mobile app campaigns through the execution of processes, analyses, and reporting. You’ll play a critical role in every stage of a project’s life cycle including initial planning and experimental design, report building to monitor project health, analyzing results using statistical methods, and communicating findings to stakeholders including recommendations on the next best actions. Additionally, you’ll work with an established team to make a large, quantifiable impact on increasing policy retention, reducing Customer Relationship Management costs, and improving the overall customer experience.

Must-have Qualifications
- A minimum of six years of analytical work experience.
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three year analytical work experience.
Preferred Skills
- Advanced Excel, SQL and/or SAS programming, including the ability to create and troubleshoot complex programs.
- Experience in Python, Tableau, and/or AI Analytics.
- Understanding statistics, including hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, and experimental design with test/control groups.
- The ability to create and communicate data-driven insights using narratives and visualizations that engage audiences and help them better understand key conclusions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Compensation
- $81,400−$108,500/year
- Gainshare annual cash incentive program up to 30% of your eligible earnings, based on company performance.
