As a lead data analyst on the People Strategy team in the Claims Control organization, you'll influence staffing strategies that drive operational success. You'll partner closely with senior leadership in Claims, as well as Recruiting, Training, and Control, to design and execute hiring plans. In this role, you'll own forecast models and develop metrics and tools supporting Claims Learning. You'll be the point of contact for contingency initiatives, developing actionable recommendations to monitor staffing risks and optimize available resources. You'll also mentor junior analysts and lead cross-functional project work.
Must-have qualifications
- A minimum of eight years of analytical work experience.
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of seven years of analytical work experience.
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of five years analytical work experience.
Preferred skills
- Strong communication, relationship building, prioritization, curiosity, and mentoring skills.
- Highly proficient with SQL, SAS, Power BI, and Tableau with an aptitude to learn.
- Ability to present and explain complex analytical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in an adaptive, team-oriented environment.
- Experience with linear and/or non-linear optimization and proficiency with Python.
Compensation
- $98,400 - $131,200/year
- Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
