Role summary

A Senior Product Manager is sought for a growing medical device organization specializing in spinal solutions. This role requires 7+ years of experience in product management within the spine medical device industry, with a focus on Class I, II, and III devices. The Product Manager will lead product strategy, development, and commercialization, working closely with R&D, marketing, and manufacturing. Key responsibilities include defining product requirements, shaping go-to-market strategies, and managing the product lifecycle from concept to launch. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of stakeholder management, including surgeons and KOLs, and possess an analytical mindset for market research and product strategy. Experience with P&L and KPI tracking is essential. Bonus points for expertise in endoscopic spine technologies or regulatory/clinical requirements.

• 7+ years in product management or marketing within the
medical device (spine) industry

• Experience managing
Class I, II, and III medical devices

• Strong track record of leading products from concept through commercialization

• Experience working closely with surgeons, KOLs, and clinical stakeholders

• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in market research and product strategy

• Comfortable owning product performance, including P&L and KPI tracking

• Willingness to travel for clinical evaluations, conferences, and stakeholder collaboration
