Role summary

We are seeking an Endpoint Management (MDM) & Cloud Engineer for a hybrid role near Portsmouth, N.H. This position is responsible for managing, securing, and supporting enterprise endpoints and cloud platforms, with a strong focus on Microsoft Intune and Azure. The role involves administering MDM environments, creating security policies, deploying endpoint protection, managing Azure resources, and driving automation. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering or system administration, with at least 3 years specifically in Microsoft Intune, and proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Azure AD. Familiarity with security standards like ISO 27001 and NIST is also required.

We’re hiring an Endpoint Management (MDM) & Cloud Engineer for hybrid work near Portsmouth, N.H. for a confidential client. This role owns endpoint management, cloud administration, security controls, and compliance across Windows, Linux, Android, and iOS, with a strong focus on Microsoft Intune and Azure. We’re seeking someone to manage, secure, and support enterprise endpoints and cloud platforms for an automated package delivery fulfillment.

What You Will Do

As the Endpoint Management and Cloud Engineer, you’ll be responsible for the stability, security, and evolution of endpoint and cloud services across the organization.

Responsibilities

- Administer and support the enterprise MDM/Endpoint Management environment
- Create / maintain device configuration, compliance, and security policies
- Deploy and manage endpoint protection (Microsoft Defender, SentinelOne, platform-specific controls)
- Monitor and manage
Azure
resources, access controls, and usage
- Troubleshoot MDM/MAM issues for corporate-owned devices
- Provide escalation support to Help Desk and Customer Support teams
- Produce documentation and reporting for leadership and audit
- Support security incident response (logs, reporting, remote wipe)
- Drive improvements in automation, application deployment, and security posture

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years as an Infrastructure Engineer or System Administrator
- 3+ years administering
Microsoft Intune
- Strong experience with
Windows & Android
endpoint management (Linux preferred)
- Proficiency in
PowerShell
scripting and automation
; Microsoft Graph API preferred
- Hands-on knowledge of
Azure AD
, Conditional Access, Azure MFA
- Experience with
Microsoft Defender
(Endpoint & Cloud) and SentinelOne
- Experience with
PKI, disk encryption, Windows Autopilot,
and secure device onboarding
- Familiarity with
Microsoft 365,
Intune SDK, Azure storage, and desired state configuration
- Understanding of
ISO 27001, NIST,
and SLA-driven support environments

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience
