Prospect Prediction Markets is a Canadian public technology company building the infrastructure and tools for next-generation digital products.

Our engineering team is developing Prospect Markets, a real-time sports prediction and gaming platform powered by modern web technologies, scalable microservices, blockchain integrations, and data-driven automation.

We’re a small, senior team building a platform where design and usability directly impact how users understand and interact with live markets.

The Role

We’re hiring a Product Designer to help design the user experience for the Prospect Markets platform.

You’ll focus on building intuitive interfaces that allow users to understand markets, evaluate probabilities, and make decisions in real time.

This role combines product thinking, UX design, and interface design for complex data-driven systems.

What You’ll Do

• Design user flows for trading, onboarding, and account management
• Create intuitive interfaces for real-time market interaction
• Develop UI components and design systems
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams
• Produce wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs
• Continuously improve usability based on feedback and testing

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of product design or UX design experience
• Strong Figma or similar design tool experience
• Experience designing data-driven interfaces or complex dashboards
• Ability to distill complex datasets into clear, approachable user experiences
• Experience designing engagement loops, interaction flows, or game-like systems that encourage participation and repeated use
• Strong understanding of usability, clarity, and designing for mass adoption
• Ability to translate product concepts and market mechanics into intuitive visual interfaces
• Comfort collaborating closely with engineering and product teams in a fast-moving environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
