Role summary

We are seeking a data-driven Senior Marketing Analyst to join our Marketing Analytics team. This role is crucial for optimizing acquisition strategies across email, affiliates, and multi-channel performance campaigns. You will analyze complex data sets to inform high-impact business decisions, improve marketing efficiency, and scale customer acquisition. Responsibilities include deep-dive analyses, designing and executing A/B tests, optimizing customer journeys for LTV, building dashboards in Looker Studio or Tableau, and leading forecasting and scenario planning. You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Data Science teams to ensure data integrity and present findings to stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with 5+ years of analytics experience is required, with specific experience in Fintech or Financial Services being highly preferred. Proficiency in SQL and Advanced Excel is mandatory, with Python/R and cloud data warehouse experience being preferred.

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover insights that drive profitable customer acquisition and long-term engagement
  • Design, execute, and analyze rigorous A/B and multivariate testing frameworks to optimize conversion rates and spend allocation
  • Support Product and Marketing teams in designing high-performing customer journeys, focusing on the cadence and sequence of interactions that maximize LTV
  • Build and maintain automated dashboards in Looker Studio or Tableau to track real-time performance, attribution, and CPA
  • Use predictive insights to lead budgeting, forecasting, and “what-if” scenario planning for quarterly growth targets
  • Act as a bridge between Marketing, Product, and Data Science to ensure data integrity and alignment on overarching strategic goals
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels

  • SF Location - Rooftop deck with ping-pong and foosball table- The ideal candidate is highly analytical, has experience in lifecycle and digital marketing, and is passionate about using data to optimize targeting, segmentation, and conversion rates
  • Proficiency in Python or R for statistical modeling and data manipulation is preferred
  • Experience with Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar platforms; you know how to build a dashboard that tells a story at a glance
  • Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery) and a “clean data” mindset
  • Mastery of SQL and Advanced Excel is required
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into a compelling business case for senior leadership
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative (STEM) field with 5+ years of analytics experience (or a Master’s with 3+ years). Specific experience in Fintech or Financial Services is highly preferred
  • Deep understanding of hypothesis testing, incrementality, and experimental design
