Role summary
Public is seeking a licensed, client-focused Member Support Specialist with 4+ years of financial services experience to join their Customer Experience team in New York City. This role involves serving as a subject matter expert across support channels, helping members understand financial products, and resolving complex issues by partnering with Legal, Compliance, and Operations. The specialist will also surface member feedback to Product and Engineering teams to drive improvements. The ideal candidate possesses strong written communication skills, is comfortable in a fast-paced tech environment, and is committed to delivering exceptional member experiences. FINRA Series 7 and 63 or 66 licenses are required.
