Data Engineer (Senior Associate L1 and L2)
to support our
Client in Financial Services sector

Your Daily Duties & Impact:
- Combine your technical expertise and problem-solving passion to work closely with clients, turning complex ideas into end-to-end solutions that transform our clients’ business.
- Lead, design, develop and deliver large-scale data systems, data processing and data transformation projects that deliver business value for clients.
- Automate data platform operations and manage the post-production system and processes and ensure the data quality is accurate for the data.
- Conduct technical feasibility assessments and provide project estimates for the design and development of the solution.
- Provide technical inputs to agile processes, such as epic, story, and task definition to resolve issues and remove barriers throughout the lifecycle of client engagements.
- Creation and maintenance of infrastructure-as-code for cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Azure Resource Manager, Helm, and Google Cloud Deployment Manager.
- Ensure that the data marts which are built are cost-effective and performant.
Qualifications: Must have background in Financial Services.

Your Technical Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrable experience leveraging
AI
to design and build
data marts and data platforms
involving implementation of
end-to-end data pipelines
such as
Glue ETL, Lambda functions, Spark/ Pyspark and DBT.
- Experience applying AI to optimize data processing, transformation, or analytics workflows.
- Hands-on experience with one or more
cloud providers: AWS, Azure, GCP
.
- Experience designing, deploying, and operating cloud-native data solutions.
- Implementation experience with
NoSQL databases
(i.e.,
DynamoDB, Cosmos DB
, etc.) and
traditional databases
(i.e.,
SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL
)
- Experience in
data modeling
,
warehouse design
and building
fact and dimension tables
.
- Experience with modern data lakes such as
Databricks and/or Snowflake and Apache Iceberg.
- Logical programming skills using
SQL queries, Python, Spark/ PySpark, Java, JavaScript, and/or Scala.
- Cloud-native data platform
design with a focus on
streaming data pipelines and event-driven architecture.
- Test programming using
automated testing frameworks
,
data validation
and quality frameworks
, and
data lineage frameworks
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering or related field.
Top 6 Must Haves:
- AI‑Driven Data Engineering.
- 6+ years of experience in Data Engineering and Implementing data pipelines.
- 4 to 5 years of experience on either of the cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- At least 2years of experience with data lakes such as Databricks and/or Snowflake.
- NoSQL and SQL.
- Proven experience in data modeling, data warehouse design and fact/dimension implementations.
**Additional information
:**
Annual Pay Range (in USD):
For SAL-1: $110,000 - $130,000
For SAL-2: $130,000 - $150,000
