What You'll Do

You'll be a pivotal force on our
Enterprise Data Platform Team
, designing, building, and maintaining the scalable infrastructure that powers decision-making across our entire organization. This isn't just a technical role — it's a leadership opportunity.

- Design and build
scalable, reliable data pipelines that ingest, transform, and load structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data at scale
- Implement data integration solutions
across databases, APIs, streaming platforms, and third-party services (Snowpipe, SnowPark, Kafka, DynamoDB, and more)
- Optimize workflows
for performance and efficiency using frameworks like FiveTran, dbt, Snowpark, and Apache Spark
- Collaborate cross-functionally
with IT and business stakeholders to define data models and deliver solutions that drive reporting, analytics, and software development
- Champion data quality
— implementing validation processes, error handling, and governance standards that keep our data trustworthy at every stage
- Mentor and coach
junior data engineers, helping them grow and reach their full potential
- Stay bold
— continuously evaluating emerging technologies and cloud trends to keep our platforms ahead of the curve

What You Bring

You're not just experienced — you're
expert-level
. You've been in the trenches of data engineering for 10+ years and you know what it takes to build platforms that scale.

- 10+ years
of experience in data engineering, data pipelines, and data services
- Expert-level proficiency
with AWS and/or Snowflake cloud environments — this is a must
- Required:
Hands-on experience with
dbt
(data build tool)
- Strong command of
Python, SQL, Spark, or Java
for data manipulation and transformation
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks — Apache Spark, Kafka, and similar
- Solid understanding of data warehousing, data patterns/architectures, and SQL query optimization
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like
Docker or Kubernetes
- Agile/Scrum mindset — you know how to move fast without breaking things
- Excellent communicator who can translate complex data concepts for stakeholders at every level
