Pylon is seeking full-stack and frontend engineers to join their team in San Francisco. The role involves owning the company's web application and contributing to a real-time customer operations platform. The platform aims to help support and success teams scale their customer interactions through an event-driven workflow engine powered by conversational data and intelligence. The tech stack includes Golang, GraphQL, React, and AWS.

Pylon is hiring 🚀 We’re looking for full-stack engineers and frontend engineers to join our team who want to help own all thins related to Pylon's web app 🖥️.

We have a strong technical team of senior engineers from places like Samsara, Affinity, and Airbnb.

Come help us build the future of customer operations from our beautiful office in downtown San Francisco across from Oracle Park ⚾.

Post-covid, businesses have started shifting the way they communicate with customers from email to chat platforms like Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Discord. At Pylon, we are building a real-time customer operations platform to help support and success teams at places like Hightouch, Merge, and Sardine scalably meet their customers where they live.

We’re building an event-driven workflow engine powered by conversational data and layered with intelligence to help our customers run their operations in real-time. Our tech stack: Golang, GraphQL, React, AWS.
