Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Generative AI (Gen AI) Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing generative AI models to create cutting-edge solutions across various applications, including natural language processing, image generation, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy generative AI models such as GANs, VAEs, transformers, and large language models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into AI solutions.
• Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained models for specific tasks and datasets.
• Conduct research to stay abreast of the latest advancements in generative AI and incorporate new techniques into projects.
• Ensure the robustness, scalability, and ethical considerations of AI models.
• Develop and maintain codebases, workflows, and documentation for AI model development.
• Perform data analysis and preprocessing to support model training and evaluation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to model performance and deployment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. PhD preferred.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying generative AI models.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
• Familiarity with NLP, CV, or multimodal generative models.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and tools for large-scale model training and deployment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with large language models like GPT, BERT, etc.
• Experience with ethical AI development and bias mitigation.
• Contributions to open-source AI projects or publications in relevant conferences/journals.

Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour
