We are seeking a skilled UI Designer with strong Figma expertise and hands-on product design experience to support Third-Party Administrator (TPA), Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), and SaaS platforms. This role focuses on designing intuitive, compliant, and scalable user interfaces for complex healthcare and benefits administration workflows, including eligibility, claims, prior authorization, pricing, and reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities
· Design user-centered interfaces for TPA, PBM, and SaaS applications using Figma
· Translate complex product and regulatory requirements into clear, intuitive UI solutions
· Create and maintain design systems, component libraries, and UI standards to support rapid product scaling
· Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Compliance, and Engineering teams
· Design interfaces for data-dense workflows such as claims processing, benefit configuration, formularies, PA workflows, and analytics dashboards
· Develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
· Ensure designs align with branding, accessibility standards (WCAG), and usability best practices
· Support design handoff and partner with engineers to ensure accurate implementation
· Iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback, usability testing, and product metrics
· Partner directly with Product Management to translate business and user requirements into design solutions
· Own the end-to-end process from requirements through engineering handoff
· Conduct lightweight user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
· Design information architecture, user flows, and journey maps for complex workflows
· Create effective data visualizations for tables, dashboards, and reporting tools
Required Qualifications
· 3+ years of experience in UI or Product Design, preferably in healthcare or enterprise SaaS
· Advanced proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, components, variants, prototyping)
· Experience designing complex, role-based workflows and administrative platforms
· Strong understanding of SaaS product design principles and agile development
· Ability to simplify complex healthcare, benefits, or pharmacy concepts into usable interfaces
· Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
· Portfolio demonstrating shipped enterprise or SaaS products
· Experience working as the sole or primary designer on a product team
· Ability to operate independently from requirements to finished designs without heavy design oversight
· Experience redesigning or improving existing products (not just greenfield)
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with TPA, PBM, health plan, or payer platforms
· Familiarity with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, CMS, prior authorization workflows)
· Experience building or maintaining enterprise design systems
· Working knowledge of front-end frameworks (HTML, CSS, React, etc.)
· Experience with accessibility and inclusive design standards
