Senior Billing Manager
Role summary
Qualia is seeking a Senior Billing Manager to lead its invoice-to-cash process and optimize SaaS billing operations. Reporting to the Controller, this role is crucial for scaling billing infrastructure and ensuring a positive customer financial experience. The manager will lead a team, oversee the billing and collections lifecycle for B2B SaaS subscriptions, ensure financial compliance, and drive process improvements through automation. Key responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration, reporting on billing metrics, and resolving high-priority customer billing issues. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of billing operations experience, including 2-3 years of direct management, and strong technical proficiency with billing and CRM systems like Ordway and Salesforce.

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Billing Manager to lead our invoice-to-cash process and optimize our SaaS billing operations. Reporting to the Controller, you will play a critical role in supporting Qualia's rapid growth by scaling our billing infrastructure and ensuring a frictionless financial experience for our customers. Whether you are joining us in our vibrant Austin or SF Bay Area office, you will lead a dedicated team to drive efficiency, accuracy, and automation across all billing functions.
