About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist with a strong background in manufacturing and deep expertise in data analytics and data management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in transforming complex manufacturing data into actionable insights, enabling data-driven decision-making across business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze large-scale manufacturing datasets to identify trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities
  • Develop and deploy predictive and prescriptive models to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and business stakeholders
  • Design and implement scalable data pipelines and data models
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Support data visualization and reporting initiatives using BI tools
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and integrity across systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience in Data Science, Data Analytics, or related roles
  • Strong experience working within manufacturing or industrial domains
  • Proficiency in Python/R and SQL for data analysis and modeling
  • Hands-on experience in data management, data processing, and large datasets
  • Solid understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning techniques, and data modeling
  • Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, or similar
  • Ability to work in a remote setup aligned with EST/CST time zones

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to BI/visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
  • Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Pay: $101,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
