Software Engineer & Integration Expert
Role summary
R&R Development is seeking an in-office Software Engineer in Fountain Hills, AZ, to build internal tools, automations, and systems using AI-assisted coding. The role involves supporting tracking (pixels, GTM, CAPI) and CRM/integration work to ensure seamless data flow between platforms. Responsibilities include developing scripts and small applications, integrating systems via APIs and webhooks, deploying and maintaining code on cloud services like DigitalOcean or AWS, and documenting solutions for non-technical users. The ideal candidate is comfortable with GitHub, basic backend development, web APIs, and debugging AI-generated code, with bonus experience in web tracking and CRMs. This is a full-time, onsite position.

About the RoleWe’re hiring an in-office Software Engineer whose core job is to use AI-assisted coding tools to build internal tools, automations, and systems. Secondarily, you’ll support tracking (pixels, GTM, CAPI) and CRM/integration work so everything talks to everything.
What You’ll Do
- Use AI coding tools (e.g. Replit, Codex, and similar) plus your own skills to ship internal tools, scripts, and small apps for the team.
- Build automations and integrations between platforms (APIs, webhooks, etc.).
- Help set up and maintain tracking: Meta pixel, CAPI, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads tags.
- Work with GitHub and cloud services (DigitalOcean / AWS / Cloudflare) to deploy and maintain what you build.
- Document what you ship so non-technical team members can use it.
- Triage and resolve internal tech requests.
What We’re Looking For
- Real-world coding experience.
- Comfortable using AI coding tools to move faster, but can debug when it breaks.
- Familiar with GitHub, basic backend / scripting, and web APIs.
- Bonus: experience with GTM, pixels, CAPI, HighLevel or similar CRMs.
- Able to work in-office in Fountain Hills, AZ, Monday–Friday, 9 am – 5 pm.
Compensation
- Training base: about $3,500 per month for the first 90 days.
- Core base: about $5,000 per month after ramp, based on performance.
- Monthly performance bonuses tied to company client tiers and % of projects completed on time.
