Role summary
R Systems is seeking an experienced Manager for AI Engineering in Denver, CO. This role requires 8+ years of management experience, 4+ years of LLM experience (including fine-tuning, RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic approaches), and 8+ years of ML/Data Science experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of deploying AI/ML models into production, strong mentorship capabilities, team-building skills, and the ability to drive technical vision. Excellent communication skills are essential for this long-term, full-time position.

Job Requirement:
