Role summary

This role supports and strengthens the compliance program by developing and implementing policies, aligning governance processes, and promoting best practices. The Compliance Manager will manage compliance issues and investigations, lead remediation efforts, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide compliance expertise and risk management support. A Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry is required, along with proven experience managing a compliance program and a strong understanding of healthcare compliance regulations. A professional compliance certification is preferred.
