Radix is seeking a Software Engineer - Associate E1 to join a team developing innovative solutions for satellite ground systems. The role involves coding, supporting integration and testing, participating in technical reviews, and developing system interfaces. Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop code in compliance with requirements and defined architecture
- Support Test Engineering for integration and test activities and events
- Participate in technical reviews and audits of software products
- Support development of complex system internal and external interfaces

Required Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Currently active TS/SCI security clearance issued by a U.S. Government Entity
- Minimum of 1 years of Software Development and Engineering experience using Artificial Intelligence (AI).
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
- Ability to design, develop, deploy and maintain complex software solutions
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively work, and communicate, with all levels of management and individual contributors on the program team
- Technical Qualifications: AI, Python/Java/C++, Scripting and scripting languages, databases, Linux OS env using tools such as Git, Eclipse, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
- U.S. Government Adjudicated Full-Scope or Counterintelligence polygraph
- Desired experience: Intelligence Analysis, X-Midas, Digital Signal Processing
