Senior Product Designer (SaaS Platform)

Raisin Software is the owner of raisin, a SaaS fundraising product used by charities and not-for-profit organizations. Over a million donors each year raise millions of dollars for important causes on the platform.
We’re entering an exciting new phase re-building the platform from the ground up - rethinking foundations, workflows, and core experiences. Our mission is to strengthen the human connection that makes giving possible. This is startup style building with scaleup responsibility. The Opportunity As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll own the end-to-end design of the platform experience. It’s a hands-on role where you’ll lead discovery, user research, and usability testing, as well as high quality UX and UI designs ready for engineering handoff. You’ll be the core design partner to product and engineering, validating direction, shaping decisions, and delivering scalable design solutions from concept to build.
The Work

• Lead product discovery for a new platform experience
• Run user research & usability testing with existing and future users
• Design workflows, IA, and UI/UX for complex admin tools and donor facing experiences
• Rapidly prototype using AI-assisted design workflows to explore ideas quickly, validate early, and move with intention and data driven decisions
• Help define foundational UI patterns and a scalable design system
• Collaborate deeply with product managers and developers to ship buildable, high-quality solutions
• Design forward, learning from legacy without inheriting its constraints
• Simplifying complex, real-world workflows while preserving flexibility and scalability

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in Product Design (SaaS experience strongly preferred)
• Experience designing enterprise platforms, net new builds, or major platform redesigns
• Expert level UI/UX craft with production ready execution
• Strategic thinker who can own both product thinking and hands-on UI/UX execution
• Confident distilling complex workflows and transitioning into productized solutions with automated efficiencies.
• Seasoned in running discovery, research, and usability testing with clients
• Hands on with rapid prototyping, including AI powered tools
• Thrives in a small team, self-driven and independent
• Excited about joining a mission driven organization who helps charities and their causes
