Senior Platform Engineer, AI

RAVL is a boutique technology advisory and engineering firm focused on the financial services industry. Everything we do is centered on helping our clients realize measurable ROI from their technology investments.
We’re growing our engineering team and hiring AI Platform Engineers to build next-generation AI systems across clients. This includes developing GenAI platforms, enabling agent-based architectures, and designing scalable orchestration and integration layers for enterprise AI.
These roles span both current initiatives and pipeline hiring, with a focus on building secure, scalable, and production-ready AI platforms.
What does success look like in this role?

• Build GenAI and agent orchestration components
• Develop APIs and services for AI platform capabilities
• Implement workflows and integrations
• Support observability and scalability

Great, do my skills fit?

• Strong distributed systems and platform engineering experience
• Hands-on experience with LLMs / GenAI systems
• Deep knowledge of Azure and cloud-native architecture
• Kubernetes and container orchestration experience
• Strong backend engineering (Python/TypeScript/Go)

Compensation & Hiring Process
*We are recruiting for a future opportunity. The salary range for this role is $120,000-$170,000 CAD, reflecting expected base pay. Total compensation may also include additional pay such as bonuses or incentives, depending on the position, and final offers are based on experience, skills, and qualifications. As part of our hiring process we may use technology, including AI-based tools, to help summarize and assess applications; these tools assist our team and do not replace human review or decision-making.*
