Role summary
We are seeking a ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and implementation of automation workflows within ServiceNow's ITSM and ITOM modules. This role involves deep knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, workflow development, and customization. The architect will integrate ServiceNow with monitoring, AI Ops, and automation tools like PagerDuty and Ansible, understanding both on-premise and AWS infrastructure. Responsibilities include planning and implementing new features such as ServiceNow VA and Now Assist, and guiding offshore/onshore teams to ensure successful solution delivery. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Atlanta, GA.
