Required Skills & Experience

Core Experience

10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Technical Program / Engineering Program Management.

Hands‑on experience delivering enterprise Dynamics 365 programs or large CRM/ERP platforms.

Strong understanding of D365 architecture, Dataverse, Power Platform, and extensibility models.

Technical Competencies

Deep knowledge of:

D365 CRM modules and/or Finance & Supply Chain

Dataverse, security roles, RBAC, and compliance

Integrations using Azure services and APIs

Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, PCF)

Experience with CI/CD, DevOps pipelines, release management, and environment governance.

Program & Leadership Skills

Strong experience with Agile / SAFe delivery models.

Excellent risk management, dependency tracking, and delivery forecasting skills.

Ability to lead without authority and drive alignment across engineering and business teams.
