UI UX Designer

Toronto, ON - Onsite

"Total Experience: 6-8 years
Required Skill Sets:

• Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes.
• Design visually appealing, responsive UI layouts for web and mobile products.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle.
• Test and validate designs through usability testing and AB experiments.
• Ensure design consistency, accessibility (WCAGAODA), and brand alignment across platforms.
• Deliver high fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Support development teams by clarifying design requirements and reviewing implementation.
• Stay updated on UIUX trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to improve user experience.
