Role summary

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer for a full-time, onsite position in Lake Mary, Florida. The ideal candidate will have 10-12+ years of experience in core programming with Python (intermediate/advanced, async), API development (FastAPI), and writing production-grade, scalable code. Responsibilities include debugging complex distributed systems, and a deep understanding of LLM fundamentals such as prompt engineering, tokenization, and handling hallucinations. Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), including document ingestion, embeddings, vector databases (pgvector), and hybrid search is crucial. Familiarity with agentic frameworks, evaluation metrics, and MLOps practices like Docker and CI/CD pipelines is also required.
