Advanced Program Management: Proven expertise (10+ years) in leading complex, enterprise-level IT infrastructure programs with significant business and regulatory impact. Applies advanced methodologies to deliver on time, within scope, and budget.
CMMC & Government Compliance: Deep understanding of CMMC (Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification) requirements, DoD compliance frameworks, and audit preparation in government contracting environments.
Strategic Planning & Execution: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans and roadmaps, aligning program objectives with organizational and regulatory goals.
