Role summary
The Network Data Engineer will be responsible for managing and optimizing core network services including DNS, DHCP, and IPAM, with a strong emphasis on Infoblox and IBM NS1 platforms. This role requires hands-on experience with network access control solutions like Forescout, and network automation tools such as Gluware and Ansible. The engineer will also be involved in designing and deploying Cisco ACI fabrics, configuring network policies using Cisco ISE for various access methods, and troubleshooting F5 LTM/GTM/BIGIQ configurations. Experience with Ixia for network testing and topology analysis is also a key requirement. The position is full-time and onsite in Phoenix, AZ or Raleigh, NC.

- Clear understanding of Cisco ISE Architecture (Pan, PSN, MNT, etc.).
- Cisco ISE configuration and troubleshooting hands on experience.
- Cisco ISE policy configuration used for Wireless, Wired, VPN, and Network
- Configures, and manages Forescout's network configuration and troubleshooting hands on experience
- manages, maintains, and optimizes an organization's core network services (DNS, DHCP, IPAM), troubleshooting hands on experience
- Design and deploy Cisco ACI fabrics (Leaf–Spine architecture). Configuration troubleshooting hands on experience
- Configure Tenants, VRFs, Bridge Domains, EPGs, Contracts, and Filters

- Knowledge/experience about high availability and disaster recovery setups
- Hands-on experience with the IBM NS1 Connect platform or comparable DNS automation and network performance solutions is often required.
- Familiarity with Microchip NTP equipment
- Microchip NTP monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
