Permanent Fulltime

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5–8 years of experience in UX design, creating digital products for web and/or mobile.

Strong portfolio demonstrating UX processes, problem‑solving skills, and final outcomes.

Expertise with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Miro, or similar platforms.

Solid understanding of design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.

Experience conducting and synthesizing UX research.

Ability to create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to justify design decisions.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG guidelines) is a plus.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

Lead end‑to‑end UX design for features and products—from discovery to delivery.

Conduct UX research including user interviews, surveys, heuristic evaluations, and usability testing.

Create user personas, customer journey maps, task flows, and information architecture.

Develop wireframes, low‑ and high‑fidelity prototypes, and interaction designs.

Work closely with product and engineering teams to translate designs into successful product implementations.

Apply data‑driven insights and customer feedback to improve design decisions.

Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and UX best practices.

Facilitate design workshops, brainstorming sessions, and design reviews.

Collaborate on and contribute to design systems and reusable UI components.

Advocate for user-centered design across the organization.
