Roles & Responsibilities
Phase 1 – Discovery & Documentation
- Document current content automation implementation end-to-end
- Map Seismic livedocs, liveforms, document generator express usage
- Understand current folder structure, metadata schema, and content profiles
- Document integration points as they relate to content automation
- Map upstream/downstream content and data workflows
- Document current pain points, redundancies, and operational risks
Phase 2 – Optimization & Automation Strategy
- Identify automation opportunities with Seismic tools
- Propose future-state content models and metadata improvements
- Recommend scalable workflows for content lifecycle management
- Design permission and tagging policy improvements
- Provide requirements for future content automation (e.g., web hooks, scripts, or in house api based solutions)
- Partner with Reporting Analyst to measure content usage inform automation priorities
