Job Description:
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager / Scrum Master to lead and coordinate technical programs while facilitating Agile development processes. The candidate will work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects, manage program timelines, and drive Agile best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate technical programs and project delivery.
Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Track project progress, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
Work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to align priorities.
Remove blockers and support teams in achieving sprint goals.
Maintain program roadmaps, project plans, and status reports.
Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and best practices.
Support continuous improvement in team performance and delivery processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong experience in technical program management or Scrum Master roles.
