Role summary
We are seeking an experienced AEM Fullstack Engineer to join our team. This role involves a blend of UI development (60%) and backend development (40%) within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) version 6.x+. Responsibilities include hands-on development with Java, JSP, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and AEM-specific technologies like OSGi bundles, Sling servlets, JCR, and HTL templating. You will also work with CI/CD tools, Agile methodologies, and integrate with other Adobe suite products. A strong understanding of Angular 11+, TypeScript, and RESTful API integration is required, along with familiarity with UX, WCAG 2 ADA standards, and performance optimization. Hands-on experience on
- Java

- CICD & Tooling– Maven, SonarQube, Artifactory
o Experience with version 6.x +
o OSGi bundles, sling servlets, sling schedulers, sling handlers
o JCR
o HTL Templating
- Support of multi-lingual sites and translations processes
- Agile Methodologies & Tools – Scrum, Confluence, JIRA
- Experience with AEM DAMs and interface customization
- DAMs asset ingestion & custom workflows
- Creation/Management of DAM Metadata
- Integration with other Adobe suite products such as:
o Adobe Creative Suite

- Good knowledge in Angular 11+, TypeScript, JavaScript ES6, (OOPs) .HTML5/HTML, CSS3, Bootstrap or SCSS/SASS, Responsive Web design, JSON, Nodejs.
- Understanding and experiencing with integrating API with any kind of Backend REST services using angular /Rxjs/Redux
- Familiarity and sensibilities with UX and design application and execution.
- Identify issues with front end code and rectify them to remove bugs. Ensure front end code can query APIs. Audit code to identify bottlenecks of performance and fixing. Good understanding of Javascript Design pattern and develop best practices.
- Candidate should have knowledge in WCAG 2 ADA standards.
- Design high quality deliverables adhering to business requirements with defined standards and design principles, patterns.
- Create UI code coverage for the project using jasmine or any other framework as per the standards.
