Role summary

Seeking a Founding Forward Deployed Engineer to embed within client workflows, identify opportunities, and build solutions using Python and Typescript. This role involves developing and leading technical implementations, creating custom integrations with various systems (freight management, CRMs, databases), and providing technical guidance throughout the customer lifecycle. You will collaborate with engineering to inform product development and will be proficient in APIs and integrations (REST, GraphQL, OAuth, JWT). A strong problem-solving ability and customer-centric mindset are essential. Experience with AI and technical troubleshooting is a plus.

**In this role you will...**

* **Embed yourself into the client workflow** to identify problems and oportunites
* **Build the team** of forward deployed engineers
* **Develop solutions** **using Rebolt** to automate phone calls, email, and messaging systems
* **Lead technical implementations** and ensure smooth integration with customer systems and data sources
* **Build custom integrations** connecting our platform to freight management systems, CRMs, and databases
* **Provide technical guidance** throughout the customer lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing optimization
* **Collaborate with engineering** to feed customer insights back into product development
