Seeking a Founding Frontend/Design Engineer to shape user experience and brand perception. This role requires a blend of engineering and design skills, focusing on crafting delightful user interfaces with animations and interactions. You will build and maintain a design system, translate customer needs into elegant solutions, and rapidly prototype ideas. The ideal candidate possesses strong frontend skills, pixel-perfect execution, and experience with React, Tailwind, Figma, Typescript, and Nextjs. This is an autonomous role with significant ownership in a modern tech stack environment.
