Growth Marketer [In Person, SF]
Role summary
Recall.ai is seeking a Growth Marketer to own their organic online presence by creating and distributing compelling content across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, and Hackernews. The role focuses on content related to early-stage startups, sales, and engineering challenges, with an emphasis on optimizing for sign-up conversions. This is a high-impact, high-growth opportunity within an early-stage startup environment, requiring strong storytelling and writing skills, at least 3 years of startup experience, and sales/marketing background. The position is in-person in San Francisco, with a demanding work schedule and inherent career risk.
As a Growth Marketer at Recall.ai, you'll own our organic presence on the internet, by creating compelling content and getting it in front of the right people, wherever they spend time online.
Our ICP is founders, product teams, and engineering teams.

Create content for our ICP, and distribute through:
Linkedin
Twitter
Reddit
Hackernews
Create content revolving around:
Early-stage startups
Sales
Engineering challenges
Optimize content and channels for sign up conversions.

Your Qualifications
Strong storytelling and writing skills.
At least 3 years of experience working in startups. A lot of content we create is for startup founders, so having the context of what it's like working at a startup is critical.
Sales and marketing experience
Bonus points:
Previous experience at a Series A or Series B startup.
Founder experience.
