Job Description (JD)

• Develop and refine product development and delivery processes to improve efficiency, quality, and speed of execution.
• Implement tools, systems, and workflows that streamline operations and optimize resource allocation across product teams.
• Coordinate closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment on goals and execution.
• Facilitate clear communication and collaboration across departments to support successful product launches and campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Apply data-driven insights to optimize product strategies and continuously enhance product success.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports and progress updates to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in product management, product operations, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and cross-functional workflows.
• Excellent organizational and process optimization skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate across different teams effectively.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, especially when reporting to senior leadership.
