Community Manager
Role summary
Redstone Residential is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all aspects of property operations, reporting to the Regional Manager. This role is responsible for achieving operational and financial goals, including managing the budget, overseeing lease-up, coordinating marketing and leasing strategies, collecting rent, and managing delinquency. The Community Manager will also focus on creating a positive resident experience through excellent customer service, staff training, and relationship building within the community. Project management skills are essential for initiatives ranging from marketing to construction. This position requires a professional demeanor and a detail-oriented work ethic.

CLASSIFICATION: Full-time, Exempt, Benefits Eligible
COMPENSATION: $16.00 -$18.00 Per Hour, DOE + ability to earn up to an additional 20% of salary in performance bonuses.
