Staff Finance Associate, Energy Storage
Role summary
We are seeking a Staff Finance Associate for our Energy Storage group in San Francisco. This role focuses on the financial and analytical aspects of product cost and sourcing strategy within the supply chain and manufacturing sectors. Responsibilities include maintaining BOM cost models, developing should-cost models, driving cost reduction initiatives, analyzing supplier economics, and building financial frameworks to connect procurement decisions to margin outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain or manufacturing finance, with at least 5 years of experience in relevant roles, exceptional Excel and modeling skills, and the ability to translate complex financial and operational data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

Staff Finance Associate, Energy Storage
We’re looking for a Staff Finance Associate to join our Energy Storage group in San Francisco. In this role, you’ll operate at the intersection of supply chain, manufacturing, and finance, serving as the financial and analytical backbone of our product cost and sourcing strategy. This is not a traditional finance role - this position is focused on driving BOM transparency, cost optimization, and supply chain decision-making across our energy storage business.

The position is full-time. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
