Staff Global Supply Manager
Role summary
The Staff Global Supply Manager is responsible for purchasing services, consumables, and specialty materials within CAPEX, Construction, and/or Indirects areas. This role collaborates globally to optimize buying efficiencies and achieve profitability targets. The ideal candidate possesses deep technical expertise, executive presence, and a proven record of delivering supply chain outcomes in complex, high-growth environments. Key responsibilities include developing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships and contracts, conducting financial and operational analysis, and collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, finance, operations, and project management teams. Experience in capital projects, EPC, or manufacturing environments is preferred, along with familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain certifications.

Staff Global Supply Manager
The Staff Global Supply Manager manages the purchasing of services, consumables, and specialty materials in either the CAPEX, Construction, and/or Indirects areas. This person will collaborate with regional and global resources to ensure optimal buying efficiencies and support corporate objectives for the achievement of targeted profitability for our new projects. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, executive presence, and a track record of delivering measurable supply chain outcomes in complex, high-growth environments.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that requires a self-starter who can operate effectively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment while managing complexity across suppliers and internal stakeholders.
