Role summary

Reflection is seeking a Sovereign Sales Operations Lead to build and manage the operational engine for their Sovereign team. This role will support high-impact deals, drive operational rigor, and oversee administrative functions, crucial for enabling the team's high-level execution. Responsibilities include commercial support for complex sovereign deals, sales enablement, pipeline rigor, CRM hygiene, forecasting, MBR support, and managing global travel and executive briefings. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in Sales Operations, Business Strategy, Senior Governmental roles, or Management Consulting, with experience in complex contracts and engaging with C-Suite or senior government officials.

About the Role

Build and lead the operational engine behind the Sovereign team! In this role, you will support high-impact deals, drive operational rigor, and oversee administrative functions. This role is crucial in creating the structure and systems that allow the team to execute at the highest level.

What You’ll Do:

  • Commercial Support: Partner with Regional Directors to advance complex sovereign deals.

  • Sales Enablement: Direct the creation of high-impact sales materials.

  • Pipeline Rigor: Own the forecast; enforce CRM hygiene and support Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) for the unit.

  • Operational Oversight: Oversee global travel engagements and executive briefings (managing analyst and admin support).

  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as a bridge between the Sovereign team and other non-Engineering and Engineering teams to ensure alignment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years in Sales Operations, Business Strategy, Senior Governmental roles, or Management Consulting.

  • Experience supporting deals and/or structuring complex enterprise/government contracts.

  • Proven ability to translate data into strategic recommendations for executive leadership.

  • Experience engaging with C-Suite Leadership and/or Senior Government Officials.
