- About the Opportunity:
The Program Manager, Enablement Content is responsible for designing and delivering scalable enablement programs that equip customer-facing teams with the knowledge and confidence to communicate the platform’s DevOps, Security, and AI capabilities effectively. This role leads content and program initiatives supporting onboarding, product education, release readiness, and revenue growth. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, the program manager ensures enablement materials are relevant, accessible, and aligned with business priorities, directly impacting how the field drives value throughout the customer lifecycle in an all-remote, asynchronous environment.
- Responsibilities:
• Own strategy and roadmap for Field Enablement Content programs focused on DevOps, Security, and AI-powered platform messaging.
• Lead cross-functional enablement programs for product launches, new offerings, packaging updates, and release readiness.
• Develop and maintain role-based enablement assets including playbooks, talk tracks, pitch materials, demos, labs, and assessments.
• Design blended learning experiences comprising self-paced content, live virtual sessions, scenario-based learning, and hands-on practice.
• Create and manage accreditations, certifications, and validation programs to build readiness in key solution areas.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Management, Solutions Architecture, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Monetization, and Enablement Leads to ensure accuracy and applicability of content.
• Publish and organize content in platforms such as Highspot and Cornerstone to ensure discoverability and alignment with learning paths and priorities.
• Measure program effectiveness using engagement, completion, assessment, and feedback data; continuously improve content governance and quality.
- Requirements:
• Experience in sales enablement, technical enablement, learning and development, product marketing, solutions architecture, or related roles supporting B2B enterprise software go-to-market teams.
• Proven ability to create and deliver enablement for customer-facing audiences including account executives, solutions architects, customer success managers, or partners.
• Familiarity with DevOps, Security, or DevSecOps concepts, with skill in translating technical topics into clear, value-based messaging.
• Strong instructional design expertise using adult learning principles and structured approaches such as ADDIE, SAM, or similar.
• Ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and dependencies, maintaining quality and clarity.
• Experience developing diverse enablement materials such as e-learning modules, presentations, guides, demos, labs, assessments, and reinforcement content.
• Proficiency with enablement and learning platforms like Highspot, Cornerstone, or similar, as well as common collaboration and content creation tools.
• Data-informed mindset, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.

• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
