- About the Opportunity:
The Senior Software Engineer (Data Platform) will design and develop high-performance backend systems that support AI-driven healthcare solutions. This role is essential for building scalable, reliable infrastructure that enables seamless data communication, processing, and analytics. The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the platform can grow to meet evolving customer and AI use case demands.
- Responsibilities:
• Design and build scalable, high-performance data software solutions using Golang and Python
• Develop and deploy Kubernetes-based systems for containerized applications in cloud-native environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and adapt systems accordingly
• Optimize backend infrastructure for performance, reliability, and security
• Perform data modeling and transformation to support machine learning workflows and AI applications
- Requirements:
• 6+ years of backend software development experience, with expertise in Golang and/or Python
• Strong understanding of ETL processes, data pipelines, and large dataset handling
• Experience with Kubernetes orchestration, containerization, and cloud-native development
• Ability to build scalable systems managing high volumes of data and transactions
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and related ecosystem tools
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana
• Experience with orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow or Prefect
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
• Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to clean, maintainable code
• Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration
• Knowledge of logging tools for distributed systems including ELK stack
- Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• The base salary range for this role is $180,000 to $220,000, depending on experience, skills, and certifications
