About the Role

The AI Product Manager, Business Technology will lead the strategy and execution for adoption and scaling of enterprise AI tools across non-research and development functions. This role is responsible for defining the AI tool portfolio's roadmap, building business cases for investment, and driving measurable outcomes across multiple business units. The position plays a critical role in translating enterprise AI capabilities into operational value, partnering with cross-functional teams to embed AI tools effectively and ensure their integration into core business workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Own the adoption strategy and roadmap for the enterprise AI tool portfolio, managing pilots, success metrics, and phased rollouts
  • Serve as product and integration owner, maintaining an up-to-date understanding of AI tools and driving key integrations with business systems
  • Collaborate with BizTech, Security, and Legal teams to implement access, licensing, and governance frameworks for AI tools
  • Co-develop and maintain an enterprise AI roadmap prioritizing high-value AI initiatives in partnership with functional leaders
  • Translate organizational business needs into prioritized AI product initiatives with clear investment rationales
  • Challenge platform and process constraints to align business needs with technical feasibility and efficiency gains
  • Partner with SaaS teams to track adoption, ROI, and other success metrics across AI initiatives
  • Lead enablement, training, and communications for AI tools, maintaining documentation, running learning sessions, and supporting user communities
  • Cultivate a network of AI champions to foster innovation and replicate high-impact use cases across departments
  • Collect and synthesize user feedback and usage data to inform vendor and internal product roadmaps and seed new AI use cases
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align expectations and progress

Requirements

  • Experience managing enterprise AI tools and platforms in a product ownership capacity
  • Ability to develop and execute adoption strategies and roadmaps for complex tool portfolios
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with teams such as BizTech, Security, and Legal
  • Proficiency in translating business needs into prioritized product initiatives with measurable impact
  • Experience designing and tracking success metrics for AI or technology adoption
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and user engagement
  • Systems thinking with the ability to balance portfolio strategy and hands-on product management
  • Eligible to work in the US or Canada (excluding San Francisco Bay Area and New York Metro City)

Compensation

Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
