The Product Manager, Supply Chain & Operations Systems will lead the strategy and execution for systems optimizing inventory, operations, and client experience within financial constraints. This role bridges software, data, and physical operations, collaborating with Engineering, Data Science, and Operations teams. Responsibilities include owning product strategy for fulfillment and logistics, understanding complex systems, and identifying opportunities for AI and automation. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in system-heavy product roles, strong first-principles and systems thinking, quantitative proficiency, and technical fluency, with experience in Omni-Retail and Omni-Supply Chain complexities.

  • About the Opportunity:

The Product Manager, Supply Chain & Operations Systems leads strategy and execution for systems and workflows that optimize inventory movement, operational decision-making, and client experience within financial constraints. This role bridges software, data, and physical operations, collaborating with cross-functional partners to identify impactful opportunities and deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes. The position requires the ability to quickly understand complex systems, apply first-principles thinking, and build trust across technical and business teams.

  • Responsibilities:

• Own product strategy and execution for fulfillment platform and logistics capabilities, focusing on orders, inventory, transportation, and fulfillment execution.

• Develop a deep understanding of operations, architecture, data flows, and system dependencies to guide product decisions.

• Collaborate with Operations, Client Experience, and Client Support to translate goals and constraints into clear product strategies and roadmaps.

• Use first-principles thinking to solve complex, ambiguous problems and improve workflows and decision-making.

• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics to deliver technically sound and financially rigorous solutions.

• Identify opportunities to incorporate AI, automation, and agentic workflows in product development and operational planning.

• Drive product strategies to integrate and optimize diverse fulfillment models, leveraging experience with Omni-Retail and Omni-Supply Chain complexities.

  • Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience leading product strategy and execution for complex, system-heavy products or workflows in operationally intensive environments.

• Strong first-principles thinker able to understand systems quickly and turn ambiguity into actionable opportunities.

• Exceptional communication skills to build trust with non-technical partners and influence cross-functional teams.

• Quantitative proficiency with experience working backwards from financial outcomes and operational metrics.

• Technical fluency to model architecture, data flows, APIs, and system dependencies, collaborating deeply with technical teams.

• Systems thinker capable of connecting upstream decisions to downstream operational and financial impacts.

• Experience building or modernizing complex systems involving integrations or data-intensive workflows.

• Active use of AI tools to enhance productivity and product development processes.

• Experience or familiarity with Omni-Retail and Omni-Supply Chain product strategies managing complex fulfillment models.

  • Pay Range and Compensation Package:
