- About the Opportunity:
The Senior Program Manager, Sales Programs – AI will lead the delivery of critical AI initiatives spanning internal productivity tools and customer-facing applications. This role partners closely with AI architects and cross-functional teams in Sales, Revenue Operations, and Go-To-Market organizations. The position demands strong program management capabilities across technical and business domains and a passion for emerging AI technologies. By driving AI program execution and facilitating alignment among multiple stakeholders, this role directly contributes to advancing AI adoption and impact within the organization.
- Responsibilities:
• Drive execution of AI programs across internal and customer-facing areas, such as large language model copilots and AI knowledge assistants
• Collaborate with AI Engineering to scale prototypes into operational programs
• Define program charters, project plans, stakeholder maps, and milestone schedules
• Facilitate alignment among AI Product, AI Engineering, Go-To-Market, and Legal/Data Governance teams
• Track and report key performance indicators related to adoption, performance, and business impact
• Lead change management including enablement, communications, and rollout efforts
• Monitor developments in Generative AI, LLMs, and related tools to inform planning
• Promote and embed organizational values and principles during global scaling
- Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year institution
• 6 to 8 years of program management or business operations experience, preferably in SaaS or data-driven technology companies
• Proven experience managing cross-functional programs involving technical and business teams
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to influence without formal authority
• Familiarity with AI technologies and workflows, including basic knowledge of Python, Databricks, or machine learning models
• Experience working in remote and distributed team environments
Preferred qualifications:
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification
• Hands-on experience supporting AI product rollouts or data science workflows
• Experience collaborating with technical leads, data teams, or MLOps functions
• Knowledge of Salesforce, NetSuite, Gong, or other sales platforms
• Interest in building AI solutions such as custom GPTs or similar tools
- Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Annual base salary range: $102,042.50 to $154,350 USD
• Base pay may vary based on location, knowledge, skills, and experience
